* ALL HAIR IS FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

*Once your order is placed no cancellations can be made

* Exchange are only acceptable if there was a mistake made on our behalf or under special circumstances. We will reimburse you for the shipping cost once the hair is received (ALL HAIR MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7DAYS). Your exchange will be declined if the hair is not shipped back within 7 days. (If you are returning curly and wavy hair the hair must not be combed through)

* All customers are responsible for measuring their head.
