Shipping policy

* All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS

* Standard processing time for hair is within 5-7 business days (Unless they are marked READY TO SHIP)

* All orders require a signature and must be ready to sign for

* No refunds will be issued for abandoned or refused shipments

* No address changes can be made once your order has been placed. Please be sure to check that you have entered the correct address and included any extra information needed such as an apartment number

* Once your order is placed no cancellations can be made

* To prevent fraud your billing and shipping address must be the same. NO EXCEPTIONS

*Once your package is received by USPS we are no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of them. If you have any issues with your package please contact your local USPS Office
